How to get USA Seller support agent
We were suspend and the reason boils down to the difference between a motorcycle and race car helmet. I was able to explain this to reactivations team and on three different occasions & the persons on the phone agreed with me, and gave me a rough idea of what to say. However the persons that handles the reactivations that are only reachable via e-mail won’t have it.
I believe this is some time type of disconnect of either language or comprehension, we have been suspend before and were able to get appealed, but now its like talking to a brick wall.
The best part about the whole thing? Its not our listing, it’s a name brand item, and other sellers were and still selling it.
