How to handle replacement to buyer
Buyer requested a replacement, Amazon sent them a prepaid shipping label, they have not returned the item. I emailed the buyer reminding him to return the item . This morning I received a message from Amazon to ship now or risk late shipment. My item is over $200 , I want the original product returned. How to handle this issue.
