How to handle running low on inventory?

If we keep this pace of selling we will run out before more product arrives. Should I run out of inventory or raise prices and stop ppc to save us more time? If we keep this pace we’ll be out of inventory for like about 2-3 weeks but want to know what is better. Run out or try to slow down sales?
