How to process Customer Replacement
Hi
I got a email from amazon asking customer demands to send a replacement over a faulty product . How to process the replacement. Do customer has to choose that option from their end ?
Amazon rep told me to send working item and a return label to send the faulty item back. I was wondering what if customer didn’t send the faulty item,because Product worth is 200$ so is that proper way
