How to reactivate account without listed required bill statements?

Hi im new to amazon seller with a new account and they just deactivated my account and told me to submit a new bill statement. It has to be a gas, electricity, internet, phone, or water bill..i dont have any of these bills because i live with a homeowner (im not the homeowner). I have a health insurance bill. I cant even provide phone bill bc im on a family plan. What do i do?
