How was 2022 for everyone?

Hi all, I hope you had a fantastic 2022. Let’s get ready for 2023. What are some of your goals for the year and what do you hope to achieve? What were some of the challenges you overcame? This was my first full year flying solo (I have some support staff helping with transporting goods) and have launched 5 SKUs (with variations) and have 5 more arriving to launch in the next month. My most difficult challenge to overcome was Campaign Management. I overwhelmed myself by launching too many SKUs at the same time before getting a full handle on budgeting, bidding, keyword researching, competitor targeting, and a hundred other factors. One of my main goals is to get healthier ad numbers. This is a lifetime snapshot of my ad performance This is the last 30 days, which shows that I’ve gotten a better hold on things… My ACOS has now (as of recent days) become lower than 20%. Margins are much healthier. Another goal for 2023 would be to launch more SKUs. Most importantly, I want to get a good rhythm going so that I can launch more SKUs consistently. I have been creating some templates and documenting each step so that it becomes an easy copy-and-paste method. I’ve learned SO MUCH and have seen lots of potential for growth on Amazon. The economy on the downturn, inflation rising, cost of living, and gas prices may have cast some doubt and shadow on the market, but I still see some money being made here.
