Hello. I sell on Etsy and I am trying to start my business on Amazon. I have a sole proprietorship and I have given every necessary information to them. I didn’t know they were gonna charge me $40 every month. I cannot obtain the buybox as I understand that it’s not something I have a say in, even though I am the only seller of my products. I requested a refund because and I need advice about what to do now.
