I can’t print shipping labels. Is there a glitch going on?

Every order I received today is impossible to print shipping labels for. My antivirus software says corrupt file when I press print label and it opens in Media player for some odd reason. I have no issues printing orders from yesterday as I tried reprinting them. I called Amazon and they had the same problem trying to print my orders from today on their computer. So, that rules out my computer being the issue. They escalated the issue earlier today and I haven’t heard back.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any help or advice would be appreciated.
