I don’t have a bill

I am brand new and got deactivated. I need to submit a bill (electric, gas, or internet) to verify my account. Problem is that I’m a student and the address I put (my legal address) is my parents’ place so the name on the bill isn’t mine. And for my current residence I pay one fee for everything — rent, gas, electric, wifi — direct to my landlord so there is no bill with my name on it. What should I do?

Like let’s say I’m “Anya Forger”. If I say “here’s a bill with the address, ‘Loid Forger’ is my father” would they accept that? Or do they need a bill under my own name? I could change my address to my school address but I’m only going to live there for a few months more. Not sure what to do.
