I hate Amazon Seller Support!
I’d created a post about my account suspension. The reason of the suspension was related account but I don’t have any other account. I reached to the seller support about it. They informed me that I’ve an account in other country (France) and that account is suspended. So if I want to reactivate my main market I have to reactivate my alleged France account.
I sent proves that I don’t have account in France. I’ve tried everything but they kept saying same thing in every time: “You should reactivate your account in France to reactivate your main market account”
Also I want to say that seller support team didn’t give me any helpful tips and said different things in every time. Once they said there is an account that have same name with my store name, than said that there is an other account with my e-mail.
Do you guys experienced anything like that? What can I do about it?
