I need some help and there’s no way to contact amazon??

Hey, so i am trying to cancel my amazon seller account without success,
They are charging me 20 euros every month for the seller account but I can’t sell anything, not selling anything, and overall this is just ridiculous since I can’t find a way to contact their support to stop it and it just comes off every month.
If anyone has a way for me to contact that that would be great, I am in Europe, tried selling on amazon UK, did not work out since they restricted my account ages ago, and on top of that, if I try to open a ticket with them they are only giving me one option, I open a ticket and immediately get an email that it’s the wrong ticket and basically going round and round for ages.
