I need to vent. Amazon Seller CS is the most trash sh*t I’ve ever encountered.
I sent in 36 units to fba about a month ago. Shipment tracking shows they only received 5 of the 36. Shipment status was switched to closed 2 days and doesn’t allow me to take action on the shipment contents page.
I’ve been messaging CS letting them know to check for the items but their response has been simply to wait since it’s in receiving status. Now that it’s closed they have yet to respond to my messages. Absolutely frustrating and trash ass service. How do they expect sellers to want to keep selling on Amazon or scale up if we can’t trust these mfers with good customer service? Pretty sure I’m about to lose the rest of my products with no reimbursement.
