Ideas for deducting return shipping cost from refunds/returns?

Is there a way to do this? We want to give customers a prepaid label, but deduct the cost (or a %) from the eventual refund. Only way I can see how to do it is via the restocking fee, and say packaging is slightly damaged to justify a % charged as a restocking fee (usually its dirty and scuffed). But I can’t do this without providing all these pictures (which is going to be a pain and maybe not possible via our fulfillment center for every single amazon return).

Is there no simpler way to do so?
