Identify verification process question

So I had a video call set up for today and they sent me an appointment reminder 2 hours before and then about an hour before they sent an email saying my appointment had been cancelled and to log on to make a new appointment. So I log in and under the video call section it said “you are not required to do a video call verification at this time and you will be contacted by the verification team with further instructions.” Is this good or bad? I did have my address verified. I’m very new to this and just curious if this is a good or bad sign lol any help greatly appreciated!
