if am going to resell Snickers chocolate

if am going to resell Snickers chocolate…how do i find an authorized supplier?

don’t they mainly sell them at supermarkets? so do i have to make sure the supermarket is authorized somehow? do i need to ask for their documentation, that they’ll probably not care to give me?
