If Amazon rejects you as a seller what are the typical reasons? I’m getting ready to submit an original product that is pending for trademark.

I’ve been warned that Amazon is rather flighty on why they turn down potential sellers. I would like to get this right the first time . I will be FBM , I’ve been selling the original version of this product for 25 years exclusively online and affiliate sale. Any tips are appreciated. Thanks in advance:)
