If my product isn’t sold in FBA after 1 month or anytime, do I get charged or recieve penalty?

So basically what I already know is that there is a maximum storage capacity in the warehouse of the FBA logistic center, if I try to sell and ship in Amazon FBA Mexico and United States (say, now I have approx 1000 items max).

My question is, if I still don’t sell them after certain amount of time, do I get a penalty fee for each day passing without any purchase and inventory still on the warehouse? How many days is this limit, for example suppose I don’t sell nothing? And if I sell few or much but still some is remaining, the penalty still applies and I get in danger too?

How does Amazon charge me for products that don’t move or are sold in FBA?

Plus, how many days my product can be in a warehouse before being destroyed ? (zero purchases, zero movement).
