I’m getting into FBA, quick question. Do you find the product first or do research in that product and go out and find?

I’m thinking of going to a couple of stores to get an idea and spend a few hours scanning. I know I’m gonna have to sacrifice free labor but I’m willing to do it because I’m sick of my job and need more time at home lol any recommendation would help!
