I’m just lost, discouraged and exhausted after years of trying to communicate my issues much less resolve them with Amazon.
It almost seems as if my emails to seller support are intercepted and someone is mischievously redirecting them back to me with bogus information, incorrect instructions, false replies… That may sound a bit paranoid but it’s gotten so bad that sometimes it honestly feels that way. I can’t seem to understand a few basic but contradictory issues that are currently affecting my account. To begin with, it’s been a good 5 years that I’ve been dealing with this problem and my account has been suspended this entire time. I continued to get emails years later from Amazon requesting me to remove my inventory. I was surprised to discover I still had inventory listed on Amazon as years had gone by and last I knew my account was suspended. I assumed my inventory had been purged, destroyed or whatever in that time. But these removal orders indicated otherwise. Confused I would try to look into them, only to be blocked from doing anything getting linked to the billing information page regardless of where I tried to navigate in my account. I couldn’t access anything but that dreaded page. No information on how much I owe Amazon. Or any kind of resolution steps or anything. Just put in your credit card number and we’ll go from there? They are requesting I verify my identify. They tell me to go to a different department and I get stuck in the same cycle over and over again. No issues resolved if I could just talk to a person???
Today I got this one: Upon checking, we have confirmed that your seller account has not yet completed registration. In order to create a removal order for your products, kindly complete registration for your account first.
What?? How do I even have products for sale if I’m not registered? I’m confused as ever. It’s always something like this. It doesn’t make sense. What do they mean I’m not registered? How can I verify my identity or register if I keep getting blocked by this billing info page?
