Impact of Amazon FollowUp Emails through third Partie software.
Hey guys,
I am an European seller using fba. At the moment I try to launch some new product.
Some third party software offers the function to make custom follow up emails instead of the standard Amazon request a rating email. Do you guys have experience with these kind of follow up emails?
I know that I have to follow the rules of Amazon for the content of the mails, but you can customize it with logos etc.
Will it boost as well the positive r8tings for my products, because most of the times without request just the customers with bad experience are willing to write a r8tings on products.
