imported sunscreen

A few months back as a brand owner I started selling a sunscreen imported from asian county. First time US customs asked for spf certificate which ups sent em at my request. But that spf certificate is from that foreign country which it seems like us customs accepted and I was able to send it Amazon n started selling.

I can’t afford to get fda approval in usa and now I am worried if FDA can fine me for selling it on amazon even though it cleared customs?
