Inconsistent Child Variation policy violation
I have received an account policy violation for inconsistent child variations and I’m looking for any advice on how to resolve it. I haven’t violated any of the listed reasons which makes it tough to write a successful plan of action (previous plans of actions have all been denied). My products are all fundamentally identical; the listing is for cotton rope, and the variations only differ in length/diameter/color. The potential reasons given by Amazon for the violation are as follows:
You created one or more ASIN variations that violate our ASIN Creation policies. Selling partners may not: – Change the product’s detail page (parent or child) to become fundamentally different from the original product listed. – Change the parent product’s detail page so it does not match the children. – Add incorrect child variations that are not true variations of the parent product. – Add multi-pack variations that are not manufacturer created to an already existing parent.
My listing complies with all of these policies, so I’m not really sure where to go from this. I have provided screenshots and purchase orders to Amazon support. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated!
