Individual boxes, single Sku by LTL

I am wondering if I am doing extra steps shipping to amazon. Right now i ship pallets of the same product in individual boxes. Not case pack

One of the potential issues is that I pay .15c/box for manual processing fee. Im not sure there is a way to bypass this. What do you do for individual boxes?

The other is I am labeling each box with FnSku and an additional shipping label provided by amazon. In my head the fnsku should be enough.

This makes it difficult for me to prepare for shipments for the future. If i do not need the individual shipping labels i could prepare pallets for the months to come. Instead of having to palletize for each shipment. Thank you!
