Industrial & Scientific Category Issues (Need Approval After Selling for Multiple Years)

I am the brand owner, and I’m trying to create new listings in the Industrial & Scientific category.

The listings appear to be created without issue, but when I try to edit them I receive the message that I need approval to sell this ASIN. When I click on request approval, it says: “We are not accepting applications to sell: Other Industrial & Scientific category in Refurbished condition(s) Other product(s)”

The listing is NEW condition and not in the “other” category. Any ideas why I am receiving this issue? Seller support was no help.
