influencer programs?

so I’ve been selling properly on Amazon for a solid month or two now and added a brand new hair growth spray a few days ago. The sprays sales are ok however I wish they were higher. I saw online an influencer doing an Amazon finds and then linking there Amazon storefront. My question is how do I get influencers to advertise my product in Canada and how does the payment work: do they have to order the product of Amazon on their own, do I send them a free product, etc. My other question is does Amazon have any way to find these Influencers?
