IP Complaint Appeal

Hello, I recieved an IP complaint and instead of appealing I want to move forward with the “I understand the policy and acknowledge the violation” as well as delete the listing. This is my first offense ever. In doing this will the violation be removed from my account? Is there a way I can give it more of a chance from being removed from my account? Thanks
