Is amazon seller monthly fee capped at $40 USD?
I’m new, and it looks like my account is merged currently available to sell in MX Canada and US. Looking at billing, I see:
For example, if you maintain merged Professional Selling Plan accounts in India (no subscription fee) and Mexico (MXN 600/USD 30.43 subscription fee), you would pay a subscription fee of USD 30.43 per month. If you maintain merged Professional Selling Plan accounts in North America (USD 39.99 subscription fee), Europe (EUR 39/USD 45.94 subscription fee) and Japan (JPY 4,900/USD 44.18 subscription fee), you would just pay the equivalent of USD 39.99, split proportionately across each country or region in which you have an active listing and charged separately in each local currency. The amounts billed will exclude tax (except in Brazil and Mexico) and foreign transaction fees that may be charged by your bank or credit card issuer, and may vary based on exchange rates.
If I’m understanding correctly, this means that for any amount of markets I add or sell in, my monthly fee is capped at $40, correct (and not $40 per marketplace)? Just looking for other’s experience as if its $40 per marketplace I’d start smaller.
