Is anyone else being told that asking for clarification from seller support is now a “policy violation”?
As most of us know, it is common to ask “seller support” a question and not get a straight answer or even (often) to get an “answer” that literally has nothing to do with the question (to the point where the response almost seems to have been generated from badly programed AI) Usually when this happens, I will just go through the frustrating process of re-wording the question multiple times until I get a relevant answer (which can takes days, weeks, or somethings months.) I’ve noticed lately though that when I do this, “seller support” threatens me with a “policy violation” if I try to get clarity. They essentially say “we responded, and if you re-open this case or start another, we will ding your account”. It’s bizarre as I’m not even seeking anything from them other than an answer to a question that they didn’t actually address. Is anyone else experiencing this?
