Is Brand Registry exclusive to a specific product category within Amazon?

I understand that in the United States when a trademark application is filed you must claim “Goods and Services” in the application. But does Amazon go by this in their Brand Registry? For instance, if we have a registered brand with Amazon can we receive the benefits of brand registration for any products that we decide to sell on the Amazon marketplace regardless of how close they match the “Goods and Services” in our registered trademark?
