Is Easy Ship paid ?

Amazon has notified me that my account has been made eligible for Easy Ship and will be enrolled automatically on the 18th. I do not care about it in the slightest and don’t currently sell on this site anymore so it would be of no use for me, but will they charge me for it ? The mail is in Spanish for some regional reason but it doesn’t seem to mention any sort of charges or subscription price but that’s how they getcha ! Should I worry and try to resign it, and if yes how ?
