Is it easy to pull inventory away from Amazon if I want to send out free samples??? If they have 1000 of my units and I want 100 delivered to me to disperse as free samples…..

I’m just wondering if this should be something easy to do or if it would be a hardship? I’m thinking I’m going to get stuck with purchasing 1000 units from Alibaba…. I don’t expect for the item to sell fast and I can’t keep inventory at a home based business. So I thought about purchasing 1000 units from Alibaba and sending them all to Amazon FBA but yet pull 100 units away from FBA So I could hand deliver free samples to places in person…

What thoughts do you have for me? I’m basically planning on losing money from the start… I’m the kind of guy that wants to up the ante and make sure the loss is worth it… So I think if I plant the item in the market then it could realistically help boost things…. As a hint, I know this tactic has certainly worked in years past.
