Is it possible to create virtual bundles from a flat file?

Is it possible to create virtual bundles from a flat file? I have several thousand ASINs that I want to add an additional item as a virtual bundle.

Do I seriously have to do these one by one through the module they have on seller central? Does anyone know of a way to upload a template / flat file?
