Is Managed Refund Service worth it for distributors?
Hey y’all, I need some advice! We’ve been using Getida for about a year, and honestly, it’s been a lot. Uploading every single receipt, keeping track of everything, and then having to give up 25% of what we get back—it’s starting to feel like more work than it’s worth.
Lately, almost every shipment we send has some kind of discrepancy that needs a claim, and it’s turning into a full-time job. I’m looking at MRS, but I’m not sure if it works well for distributors like us who don’t own a brand. If you’ve used it, does it actually handle warehouse and inbound claims without a ton of extra steps? Do they make you provide a bunch of documentation that’s hard to get if you’re selling other brands? And is it actually hands-off, or do you still have to do a lot yourself?
Would love to hear from anyone who’s tried it before I make the switch!
