Is Order Defects rate is Serious thing?

For last 60 days Out of 18 orders of mine i get only 1 negative feed-back. Rest of other 17 orders buyer didn’t leave any feed-back that makes the only one feed-back made a 5% order Defects and i am getting a notification says your account is at The RISK of deactivation. I immediately turned on vacation. To avoid get any more orders until i get advice from you guys. So waiting for your inputs.
