Is purchase invoice required for non-restricted items

1. Will I be asked for purchase Invoice by Amazon if I want to sell own branded (not trademarked) products in ungated category?

2. Arbitrage & PPC: if I don’t have the buy box and run PPC, will the ad show in front of a customer with my offer or the buy box winner?

This is to sell products in UK marketplace.
