Is there a way to easily reverse engineer a product upload file?

Started out with a product template years ago but it was always causing issues with edits that didn’t take so we started just editing in the inventory interface since we didn’t have many products. Still don’t have too many but each have tons of variations so it’s a pain to edit pricing and details en masse. Is there a way to recreate or download our inventory file or does it have to be remade from scratch?
