Is there any support emails where I can appeal “verification” documents?
Just opened up my Amazon account a week ago, that same day when everything was set up, my account has been “deactivated” and it is asking me for water/ electricity bills with my name just to prove that I live in that address. Here is where things are complicated for me, I’m 19, my mom and dad are the ones paying those bills. I could ask them if they can add me to the bills, but I just want to see if Amazon is at least supportive and understanding and let it slide (which I doubt) Any help will be very much appreciated! Thank you 🙂
