IS THIS A SCAM OR NO

Hi everyone I’m having trouble getting my listing published because Amazon keeps taking it down I had a company reach out to my friend and he recommended me to them one was seller candy the other company was brand buddy basically saying pay us 500$ and we will Gurrentee you approval of my listing or money back this like a known scam people fall for you send the money and give them access to your seller central account and hope for the best meanwhile they can run off with the 500$ and my personal account information. Any guidance or advice is appreciated on what you guys think I should do
