Is this buyer trying to scam me in some way? Ordered very large quantity and input strange address.

1) I sell men’s beard coloring, he ordered 36 boxes of beard coloring. Who the hell needs that much beard coloring?

2) He entered the address wrong by not separating the NW or the Ave from the numbers. Example below:

1234NW 56ave Miami, Florida 33166

3) I looked up the address and it’s a warehouse and the company sells construction equipment.
