Issue with Confirming Shipping – Need Advice
Hello fellow sellers,
I recently bought a product from a wholesaler. However, when I tried to confirm shipping, I encountered an error message stating that “something has gone wrong.” It also advised me to try refreshing, deleting, and creating a new shipment. Additionally, it mentioned that UPS is unavailable and suggested checking the ship-from address.
I’ve already reached out to my supplier, and they confirmed that the address is correct. I’m wondering if any of you have faced a similar issue and how you resolved it. Is this a common occurrence? Are there any known fixes or workarounds?
