Issue with Registering for Amazon Ads in the U.S.

I’ve been dealing with this issue for 30 days and could really use some advice. We are new FBA sellers and have recently launched our first product. However, we’ve encountered a significant hurdle: we are unable to register for Amazon Ads in the United States.

Before our product launch, we tried to create PPC campaigns for Sponsored Products, but we couldn’t even register in the U.S. for Amazon Ads. Interestingly, we do have access to create PPC campaigns for Sponsored Products in Canada and Mexico, but not in the U.S. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Additionally, our permissions only show “view” for sponsored products. But not “view & edit”

Efforts to Resolve

We’ve called Seller Support nearly every day and requested updates. Unfortunately, the response is always the same: “many teams are working on the issue and will provide an update soon.” It’s been 30 days now, and we are growing impatient. As new sellers, not having access to PPC campaigns is extremely discouraging.

If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has any suggestions on how to resolve this, we would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide!
