Issues creating my Amazon Seller account

Hello everyone, I am brand new and I am trying to create my Amazon Seller account however everytime I tried (and I have tried for 4 days ) it says there is an error: “something went wrong, please try again later”. I have contacted their Helpdesk but I am still waiting to hear back. Has anyone gone through this? Does anyone know what’s going on?
