“Item Not Received” A to Z
I’m getting so many A to Z claims for items not received and its really hurting. It’s to the point where I’m about to cross the threshold and Amazon is just giving away my money.
When I asked amazon how to make sure these claims go in our favor they said that we need to buy postage through our account, I normally buy postage through shipworks. I just got 2 claims in the customers favor that had UPS postage bought through amazon, so that option was not true. I also used to use delivery confirmation with USPS but if the customer isn’t home to sign they would open a claim and since it wasn’t delivered it would go in their favor.
What are you guys doing to prevent or even get these claims to fall in your favor?
