I’ve been having several issues lately with my A-Z claims getting denied. Need advice.
Been selling on Amz for 10+ years. I always use Amz Buy Shipping. My process with A-Z claims for “lost” items has always been to inform Amazon that I shipped using Amz Buy Shipping, provide tracking and show delivery, etc. All of these orders were shipped on time, tracking uploaded on time and delivered on time. I also respond to the A-Z claims within 24 hours. This has ALWAYS worked, and Amazon covers the cost of the refund and doesn’t count the claim against my ODR.
Until recently. Every single one is getting denied and I have to contact seller support to escalate to the claims team. Anyone know what changed?
