I’ve had an open case for over 30 days about an 8541 error..

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated because I’ve spent hours and hours on the phone with countless support agents from every department and even supervisors who are absolutely and utterly useless

4 of my products are experiencing an 8541 error code and due to that, I am unable to list them as child variations under my parent listing.

I have troubleshooted every possible solution with Amazon support and even a supervisor said she can’t figure out why I’m getting this error code.

Does anyone have any experience with this and can offer a solution that may work, I’m willing to try anything

The listings can be active when listed as stand alone products in my inventory but for some reason they are locked in an incorrrect color attribute. Note: I would like them apart of the variation family as they are certain sizes and colors of other products in the family.

As a registered brand owner I find it outrageous that I cannot change the color of my own product without having to jump through hoops

My next thought would be to create an entirely new listing for each product and have the FBA inventory transferred to the new ASIN, does anyone have any experience with this as well? I believe this is called a remap

Seriously any help or support would be great because Amazon is useless.
