Why does Amazon make you jump through so many hoops?

I made a product that is not listed on Amazon. Already got a GSIN barcode and got approval to sell the brand on Amazon I made a product that is not listed on Amazon. Already got a GSIN barcode and got approval to sell the brand on Amazon. But now Amazon needs me to get approval to sell the brand that I just created and got approval for.

Anyone else have this issue?
