Just set up an account and got immediately deactivated.

I recently went to set up and individual amazon account to fba thrifted books. Everything throughout the sign up process went well, but suddenly I couldn’t do anything and was told my account had been deactivated. I was told to reactivate my account I must submit some sort of utility bill. Unfortunately for me I am a college student and live with my parents, who cover the utility bills, so my name is not on any of them. Is there any way to contact support, as I can’t at the moment with a deactivated account?
