Labels are printing out small?

Have sold on Amazon in the past but with FBA. Now doing the shipping ourselves but the labels are printing out differently and kinda weird.

When shipping from Ebay and Etsy using the exact same settings in my Rollo printer, the shipping information takes up the entirety of the label. With Amazon it leaves alot of space on the sides and includes a time and date in that outside space of when the label was printed.

Does anyone else have this? Is this a known issue? Is there a setting I need to adjust? It’s only Amazon that this has happened. It doesn’t look as professional and USPS has issues scanning them this way. UPS doesn’t but I’m not sure what to do. I was gonna try with my next orders just changing the paper size to be something larger when it asks me to actually print the label and see if that at least works
