I have an Amazon store that is entirely FBM. At the end of the evening I’m fulfilling orders when my app goes off and says I have another order. No big, I’m not done yet, one more order to add to the stack. But when I go onto the Dashboard, it says the order was put in 9 hours ago. I Just printed my entire order list 30 minutes ago, so why wasn’t it there?
Does anyone else have a lagtime between when a customer puts in an order and you actually get to see it? Too often I get a notification for a new order and log in, only to see that the order was already 6-9 hours old. How is that? Is there a setting I’m missing, or is Amazon just jerking me around.
FYI, these are all domestic addresses and shipping is handled entirely by me in a ‘mom & pop’ setting. A few hours can make a big difference on getting an order out on time.
