Late Dispatch Rate at 9%, what will realistically happen?
Due to a staffing issue over the weekend our late despatch rate has gone from 0 to 8.7% and we have a warning that our account “may be at risk for deactivation”.
Does anyone know what realistically happens in these situations?
Should I request a callback from the account health team or just wait it out?
Edit: I spoke to an Account Health Specialist who read me a basic script along the lines of “You must address the issues that caused the late dispatch rate. The late dispatch rate percentage will gradually decrease over the coming days”. I’m hoping that’s the end of it?
